Unfortunately, this happens sometimes. Just contact the artist directly for a refund, repair, or replacement.

Please note that only unused/unworn items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of item receipt. 

Please connect with the artist to discuss the return and the expected date prior to returning the item. The buyer bears the cost of returning all unused/unworn items securely wrapped, boxed, and insured at the retail price.

Any disputes around refunds and returns of non-defective and unused items will be handled between the Buyer and the Artist directly. The SA+C will not interfere in the process nor mediate disputes.
