Needle Felting Workshop with Jen McCarthy

May 19, 2022 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Virtual Event Virtual Event

Make way for felt ducklings! In this hands-on online workshop, you will learn how to craft your very own needle felted duckling. Needle felting is a technique of sculpting loose wool batting into a dense form using a specialized sharp, barbed needle. Agitating wool with the needle turns the wool into a dense felt. The technique is fun, stress relieving, and quite addictive. In this workshop students will learn the basic techniques and skills of needle felting in a welcoming and fun atmosphere. During the class students will learn the steps to create a duckling sculpture from start to finish. Materials purchased separately (full kit available from the artist) and students can continue to work on their art. No experience necessary, ages 12+.

Registrants will receive a Zoom link for this online workshop and a link to purchase materials separately. Register now and join our flock!
