This piece is comprised of 12 sterling silver beads, one that is covered in gold leaf, all cascading along a vertical axis. The name is derived from the concept of sacred geometry in which the overlap of two circles form a "fish" shape or mandorla. This is found in many religions around the world. Literally translated from Latin, Vesica Pisces is the "vessel of the fish". Each bead is hand made with a pebbled surface. The chain attaches at the front and can be worn like a choker with the beads hanging straight down, or can be attached in a "V" shape just where the beads begin (as seen in the photos).
