Bee Tile

By Turtle Island Pottery, Maggie Jones

This Bee Tile is 8" square and ready for hanging on a wall, or setting into a field of tiles or in a handcrafted frame. The last image shows the back. It is stoneware and durable. The wings have a crystalline glaze and there is a metallic bronze color on the center of her back. The eyes are reflective. Textured designs have the effect of pollen on her legs. (Tiles of a Luna Moth and a Dragonfly are available on my website.) Thank you for looking and buying handmade.
