Traditional baskets from my Penobscot tribe; as this is an important part of my culture, it is an important part of myself. The wood used is Brown Ash and the green sweet grass is used for binding and fine weaving. It also is braided and used for weaving. You will see little "Bobbers" which are braided sweet grass used instead of a handle. 9" x 19"
