This "barn" box, with its soft grey-blue and charcoal colors and richly textured surface, is inspired from the barns of Berkshire County and the surrounding moonlit fields. Its surface is created using colored clay slips, sgraffito, and a primitive smoke fire process which gives it the depth of tone and rustic feel.
