Last Of The Summer Roses

By Intertwined Original Art, Jill Heir

1 in stock

As I watched the gusts of October swirl the last of the rose petals, I created this original piece with three variegated shades of hand-dyed reed and three graduated sizes of fine cane on a round Red Oak base. Overstaining with walnut hulls deepened the red shades, 'antiqued' the triple rim of cane and round reed and highlighted the fine cane used for rim embellishment. Finished with shellac.
