The last pair of earrings from this series was also printed using a Form 2 3D printer, but with castable wax. Once printed, I cast the earrings in solid sterling silver. The casting process created a few more hurdles when it came to cleaning these earrings, unlike the printed pieces. That being said, I am really pleased with how this pair turned out. I believe they added a layer of preciousness to my overall idea, while still remaining interesting for viewers. Because of the small scale of the earrings, they are not too heavy, and could easily be worn everyday, as well.

Metal/other, Metal/precious (Sterling silver)
